Cape May MAC

Great tours, preservations of old buildings and the like.

So many options offered by MAC during the holiday season. Took in the Lamplighter walking tour last night - 5 houses/B&Bs, all within walking distance of each other, all decorated for the holidays. The trolley tours are also enjoyable - some of the guides really get into the spirit of the season. If you can’t find something to do when in Cape May, you’re just not trying!! MAC can get you started!

I took three tours with them and each time we got on the trolley it was so cold. I asked several times to please turn the heat up and they claimed it was on. My husband and I had the worst experience on the tours because we were literally frozen and could not enjoy the tours and couldn’t wait to get off. So many people were also complaining. How they could do a tour in the dead of winter and not have heat. The windows were all foggy and we couldn’t even look out. What a miserable experience. If you plan on going in the winter be aware.

The Holiday Inns Tour was a lot of fun, and I truly enjoyed each of the four inns we could tour! Each inn was special in its' own way! The Cherry House was my favorite! The bus was also a plus, and made it very easy to navigate to each inn! I highly recommend this tour!
