Absolutely incredible! My husband and I came here for lunch. We were seated immediately in a shady spot surrounded by beautiful plants. The wait staff was very friendly and polite. We enjoyed some delicious bread and herbed olive oil. The lunch menu had risottos and being risotto fanatics we decided to get the mushroom risotto and the scallop risotto. The food arrived very quickly. So unbelievably delicious. The mushroom risotto was very savory, creamy and the Asiago cheese put it over the top. I wanted to never stop eating it. My husbands dish was amazing too. The scallops were cooked to perfection. I wish we could have had a glass of wine but they only sell by the bottle. That’s okay though because we will be coming back for dinner and will split a bottle then. Amazing place and has been the best restaurant we’ve been to on our honeymoon. Definitely go here!!!

My husband and I celebrated our Anniversary here. We were seated immediately as we had a reservation. The atmosphere was nice, we sat outside, and the service was quick. Our server Danny was knowledgeable about the wine selection and the menu. The food was delicious; I had the filet, my husband had the salmon special. Overall, when we go back to Cape May, this will be our go to restaurant!

The challenge with restaurants is consistency. Online reviews are helpful but the owner or chef who cooked a great meal last night might be gone today. The second challenge in a resort town is you’re going to pay more than you would back home as you sample various places. Here’s my system: I choose a high rated fine dining establishment with BYOB. Why fine dining? Live it up a little and besides I don’t see a huge difference in prices between casual and fine dining in this town. BYOB? Yes because a liquor license, a bar, and some bartenders is a huge distraction for operating an eating establishment. Wipe that part away and what’s left is a business focused on putting good food on your plate. Tisha’s does exactly that!

Tisha's is my favorite food in Cape May. I have been going to Cape May for many many years and their food is simply the best. They are currently only doing outside seating and taking same day reservations (you have to call at 11am). I had dinner there on a Friday night and we did have to wait a bit even though we had a reservation. They made the best with their outdoor dining space and the tables were still elegant. Our server was very nice and patient. The food was simply outstanding. Everyone in my family cleaned our plates. Tisha's has a small menu, which is seafood heavy. I had the crab cake which was so buttery, crispy and simply amazing. Their bread pudding for dessert is lovely.

After seeing the reviews, I booked this for a more ‘fine’ night of dining in Cape May. I really wanted a romantic dinner especially since takeout has been the new normal and did not get it. I understand outside dining with the virus but we were sat around 5 ft from parked cars and people getting in and out from them passing us. Our table in particular was half under a tree and the leaves were basically on top of my head. The service was average. The food was average, I’ve had much better. I would not consider this fine dining at all. Far from it, especially with the prices. All-in-all, we ate and left as fast as we could.
