I was called, with less then 24 hours notice, and told my appointment that I made days ago was cancelled. The reason.....”Have I ever done your hair before...”no”.....then I am canceling the appointment” (Mari) ! This was an appointment for a FIRST AVAILABLE STYLIST. I tried to do the right thing, make an appointment, not just “walk in” only to get disrespectfully “dumped”. Unprofessional at best...very disappointing
I have had on going gray for 10 years. Rosie Hewitt-Price is awesome. Everytime I go there she makes me feel welcome and refreshed. I always feel better after I leave Haircuttery in north cape may. Thank you rosie Hewitt-Price .
Excellent service. Even with the masks and distancing.
Called for a haircut. Was told I would be scheduled for an appointment at 6 pm. I arrived and was told someone would be with me in 1 minute. I seat myself. 20 minutes later I’m told “before you wait here all night I just wanted to let you know it would be about 45 MORE minutes” even though I had an appointment at 6? So instead of informing me of the lengthy wait which would have made me indicate that I had an appointment and not waste my time...Well turns out they forgot to write me down in their scheduling book. Despite the fact my appointment was clearly noted in the computer. Completely unprofessional and disrespectful of ones time. How does one manage to have a scheduling database in the computer but you chalk it up to being forgotten. Poor excuse and won’t be back.
