Avalon Pizzeria & Restaurant

Every time I go to the Avalon beach, whether for the day or weeks at a time (with familyv& friends), it's great to know that Avalon Pizza is right there. Less packing for me. We haven't had a bad meal yet: pizza, sandwiches, salads. I highly recommend this place. I've been enjoying their food for 8 years. Service has always been friendly. I was there on 7/16/20 & satisfied with our beach meals. I, along with many beachgoers were disappointed that it was closed today, 7/18/20. Hoping the family-run business is able to survive NJ regulations during the pandemic.

The only food place open that I could quickly walk to from the beach and they didn't even offer a full menu. The only options we had were pizza and fries and the pizza wasn't that great. Next time I'll be sure to pack sandwiches for the beach.

Service is not the best and the only good thing is the Pizza but boy oh boy is the pizza good
