Shape Fitness and Wellness Studios

I was visiting Stone Harbor and in need of a good therapeutic massage. Our bed was too soft for me and I was having considerable neck and back pain. Andee was able to see me the same day and gave me considerable relief with a myofascial massage. She was very professional and highly skilled at what she does. I was very impressed with their organization and will visit them again next year. It is clearly a community based on health and fitness.
