It was a pleasure dealing with the staff at Burke Motors. Our sales person, Jim McCarty was excellent. He was informative, professional, helpful and efficient. I especially appreciated the team spirit. Everyone was available to help and answer questions. Also I love my new Envision! Thank you!

I highly recommend Burke Motor Group! Everyone helped make our buying experience such an easy process. We love our new car! And their prices were way better than other places we checked out. They did everything to make sure we left happy and satisfied! Our Product Specialist James even programmed our phone with the Bluetooth! So awesome! This is my husband's car. Next is mine. I drove all the way from MD to purchase a new 2020 corvette that's advertised on the internet. I walked in and asked if they had it, they said yes, its not for sale. Then went about their business and ignored me. They obviously don't care about customer service. I own a large construction company and combined with personal, I own over 30 vehicles. Best part is I'm a cash buyer. I guess its my sweat pants that made me look broke. LOL

I had slow leaks in two tires within a week. Both times your service scheduler went out of her way to fit me into your schedule. Then the service rep was Connor. He also went out of his way to make my stay a good experience. He made sure that if the tire couldn't be fixed another one that fit my car would be available in advance. The first tire was not fixable but the second was and he made sure that I was informed. I will only get my car service at your dealer unless it is impossible to get their. Thank you and your service staff for a good showing.
