I purchased a vehicle sight unseen and had it shipped. Everyone I worked with (especially Roger) was great, and went above and beyond. As for the car (Jeep Wrangler, actually) - if anything, they undersold it. It was exactly as described; in fact, it was in even better condition than I expected. It's always a risk to buy a car without seeing it, but I would purchase from them again anytime. They exceeded my expectations.
Clean, easy to find what you need. Staff not pushy, good prices both buy and sell.
My son went to Kindle Ford in May 2020 to purchase his very first new vehicle. He ended up being approved for a 2020 Ford Ranger. He was told he was approved for zero percent financing and no payments for 90 days. Everything seemed to go well until he received a letter in the mail from Ford credit stating that his first payment was due June 24th 2020. He called Ford credit and told my son the contract that was submitted to them didn’t have the that in the contract. He called his salesperson and was told they submitted new paperwork to fix the problem. He just called Ford credit again to make sure the issue was corrected and it was not. Very disappointing for a first time buyer to be told something and then it doesn’t happen. The problem should’ve been fixed. He will not get the 90 days he was promised and I just feel that’s wrong. Don’t tell customers they’re going to get something and not have it happen. Very disappointed ☹ufe0f

Every time I go to Kindle there very helpful. The service is wonderful. This trip I was running a little late and realized I had forgotten my phone Brent was wonderful he let me use the phone to call my sister and my husband. The Car was done so quickly and he was such a gentleman. So was Ed., Thanks again Kindle.
