I have had very few good experiences with buying a vehicle. This was surely one of them. From the salesperson Roger to the sales manager and the finance person, they all were great. I was out of there in just a few hours and my new car price and trade value was very fair. I will definitely come back and lok forward to having my vehicle serviced at Kindle.
I would recommend kindle Jeep for anyone to use. I had taken my car to a different Jeep dealership for repair. This Jeep dealership kept my car for a month I didn't repair it properly. After removing my car from their care I took it to kindle Chrysler Ford Jeep.. Ed and his service team took just 2 days to repair my car properly. Ed also took the time To call me personally to give me updates on the repairs in progress. Ed and his team should be commended For their excellence in workmanship and for their concern for their customers. My next car will come from Kindle!
Cannot thank Jessica in service enough. I sent an email on a Sunday while in town on vacation requesting service. I did not expect to be able to get an appointment but figured Id try.. Monday morning I received a call and email letting me know they could accommodate me that day. In the dealership service world that is unheard of. Jessica set me up for a 1:00pm appointment and it was done correctly and I was out the door by 2:00. In my town they would have kept the car all day and wasted my time if they even took me in. This place took care of me and got me on my way in an hour. Thank you very much. I highly recommend the service department.
