I did not buy a vehicle here, but only because I decided on a manual transmission rather than an automatic. However I just had to leave a review because Pat is such a pleasure to work with. Car shopping can be so frustrating and stressful but he went above and beyond. Honest, upfront pricing, stellar communication. Couldn't ask for better, thank you!
I had such a great experience at Downbeach Auto! I know many of you can relate to a car issue happening unexpectedly and always at the worst time financially and that is my exact story. But making a longer story short, I came in on Monday looking to test drive a beautiful Mazda on the lot and even though it was not available, Mark and Bob allowed me to take her for a spin. After deciding I too want to own a Mazda, Mark jotted down exactly what I was looking for and found it in minutes! Came in on Monday, left on Saturday with my wonderful new SUV. They take care of you when you walk through your doors and make sure you are going to leave happy with your new vehicle. Even financing was a breeze with Patrick helping me, I knew Downbeach was honest and trustworthy. As I said before it was a great experience, quick and painless. I was not looking forward to buying a used car for my daughter, as a single mom who has never had this experience before, and felt ill equipped for being in a pressurized sale situation. I really can’t say enough about Downbeach Auto- but I’m going to try: Pat and the team at Down Beach Auto catered to every single question, need, desire, and worry I had throughout my car buying process. I had a few vague ideas and add-ons that I was hoping to find in a used truck, and that’s all Pat needed to go off on a search for exactly what I wanted. That’s right- even if the team at Downbeach doesn’t have what you’re looking for on their well-stocked car lot, they will scour the WHOLE COUNTRY for the exact right fit. Pat found me a beautiful grey Ford F-150 with low miles, no major issues, and a price tag that I could not refuse. The team took care everything paperwork-wise (they even handled all the DMV fun stuff through the mail for me!) And as if all of that wasn't enough, Pat even hand delivered the truck to my house in Virginia Beach. Am I the only one who didn’t know this type of white glove service existed??? Especially in the car business! They truly offer a different car-buying experience than I’ve ever had before. They will walk you through every step of your purchase, paying attention to every detail, and making it as easy and stress-free as possible.
