While I did not end up purchasing from Avalon Honda, my experience was incredibly friendly and informative. I met with Susan Cafiero, my salesperson, and explained to her that this was my first time buying a car. She understood my angst about the experience and was very honest and enthusiastic about the entire process. Susan also wanted me to see under the car and meet with the mechanic to prove they were being honest (they were because I brought my neighbor who races and works with cars). The only reason I did not purchase the car was because I found a BMW X1 at an attractive price (I would've gladded purchased it through Avalon Honda with the help of Susan if it were available). Overall, highly recommend checking out Avalon Honda and ask for Susan!
