Driftwood RV Resort & Campground

If you like camping in a vacation trailer park then this is the place for you. The campground is 95% seasonal Mobil homes, 3% cabins, 1% tents & 1% actual travel camper sites. There’s a few trailer spots as you pull in, and then they partially cleared a small field by the trash dumpsters & solar field way on the other end of the campground. Be prepared to spend the $20 extra to “reserve” the spot you actually want. We booked with a friend & didn’t pay the extra site fee. When we arrived my friend got the site he booked but I got moved. Friendly warning, the site map isn’t accurate. Site FD12 actually sits 90 degrees to the back of site FD13, so if you’re not friendly with your neighbor get ready to say hello every time you walk out of your camper. Booked here with the hopes of getting a little R&R on a non-holiday weekend in the Fall....Thurs & Fri nights weren’t too bad, but Saturday (all day) was filled with loud music & screaming children & adults into the late night hours. The best part was the sewer dump drain pipe sat at an odd 30 degree-ish angel from the ground instead of flat/level so you had to walk out the tubes multiple times when you flushed. Won’t be back here again.

Sad to say kind of disappointed not so much with the campground with the cottage

Very nice Rv, camping resort! Nice general store, clean bathroom/shower facilities,laundry room. 2 pools, game room, tennis courts, basketball, volleyball, horseshoes, playgrounds and a lake!

First time there and it was wonderful I always check different campgrounds but I will go back to this one

Always an awesome time. Only thing i can say negative is i did a load of laundry and rust inside washer or dryer ruined a whole load of clothing. Sucks. But camping is always awesome..
