What an amazing time our son had! The instructors are all incredible. They had a great safety review in the beginning and made sure all the participants knew exactly what they were doing before they hit the trees. You start out on a small tree / low level training course. After the training course you go to your level that you picked. Instructors are everywhere just in case you have any questions or issues which are quickly resolved. Great challenges throughout the course! Safety is their # 1 concern then the fun which is really assuring to a parent. Each harness is fitted to the person and they have a two connect system. After connecting the first safety lead you must connect a second before realeasing the other. In other words.... Your ALWAYS connected to the tree or wire. You are NEVER not secure at any point. The system will not allow you to disconnect with out your other lead being connected at any point in this activity. Make sure you make reservations because the slots quickly fill up! The staff was absolutely excellent! I cant say anything bad about the experience me and my family had. We really enjoyed ourselves and the workers should give themselves a big pat on the back. They really made our time there enjoyable!

We went as a group to celebrate my birthday, most of us were first timers on the zip line. The guides were excellent and patient with us. They instructed us on how to safely clip and unclip our harnesses to the zipline so we could take the self guided tour. Climbing the ladder was the scariest part ud83dude02. We all had a great time, I highly recommend. Would do it again 100%.

Went yesterday and had a blast! such a great time! ask the guides are amazing and deserve raises! definitely will be returning!
