McQueen Motors made the car buying process simple. I traveled over an hour from Delaware to their dealership since they had a car available I was interested in. As soon as I got there I was greeted and shown the vehicle I came to see. After looking over the car, negotiating and finally deciding to buy the car we went into the office to process paper work. It was explained in so much detail that I was able to follow along with what was happening. Aftermath, while driving home I noticed the car vibrated at higher highway speeds. I took the car to the local manufacturer dealership and they confirmed the tires were not balanced and the front right tire was bent. I contacted McQueen Motors and they sent me the money to have the tires balanced and to purchase a new rim. They are a new dealership only 5 weeks old I have to say I'm impressed. Very happy customer. Would definitely recommend.

Tom the owner was a very pleasant and professional man. He was very honest and explained everything well about my new truck. Also before leaving in my new truck Tom showed me how to maneuver around in my new ride!! I highly recommend buying from his dealership McQueen Motors. I am so happy with my new truck!!
