Yesterday I order pick up online and my pick up time was at 5:30pm. You’d think that time would be before any dinner rush. Nope , wrong! I LITERALLY stood with about 20 other ppl who also either ordered pick up or where drivers for door dash. Mind you the order line which was clear out the door when I arrived to pick up my food went through at least 3 or 4 times. People who ordered walking past the group that was waiting for pick up, normally it’s the other way around. After waiting 45 minutes PAST my pick up time along with others. I thought well let me just get in line since that seems to be the ONLY way to get food. I tell the guy that I ordered at 5:30 and it now was 6:15, and if he could just make my food since there was no line. He kindly did but the women at the take out counter seemed annoyed and basically expected me to wait longer. Like no, it’s called pick up for a reason! Order in advance, pick up with no wait! Honestly, if it wasn’t for me getting in line I would have waited longer with no apology or explanation besides we’re behind in orders. If I can be in and out of Chick Fil A drive through which is clear out to the street in 15 minutes no other food operation have an legitimate excuse. I won’t be going to this location again!

Always busy as usual but the line moved quick. My burrito was huge and delicious as always. Always stop here when I'm in the area.

I'm so annoyed with this location anymore.I've let the mistakes fly way too long. They're always forgetting something I order.Or making it a complete different way then I ordered.Ive order chips and queso from here the past two times and I never receive them.I get bowls ththey're either made extra light or just made however they want to make them that day not how I order.Its annoying.I know it gets busy I get that but no. Ordering online is supposed to be a convenience and I'm always inconvenienced when I order that way.nNo other location gives me problems but Deptford always does. That speaks volumes to me.

I ordered online and realized I placed my order at the Deptford location instead of the Sicklerville location. I immediately called to see if I could cancel and the woman on the phone said, “No you have to call customer service to get a refund.” I replied I wasn’t going through all that trouble and hung up. When we arrived to pick up the food the woman said she canceled my order cause that’s what I asked for and that I would need to place my order again if I wanted my food. AND they charged me my full meal and never made it! Horrible customer service and inconsistent answers! Will not be back!
