Nice people and good music. Hair was on point too.
First time going, Samantha was awesome! Super sweet. I had a soar scalp from taking out a sew-in a day before and Samantha was so gentle. Definitely recommend, and can’t with to go back and book with Sam!
I had an appointment that I made a week ago and just got a call an hour before my appointment that because 'I did not confirm my appointment', the stylist will not be coming in for one customer. I have had probably 30 blowouts in two years and have never experienced such an unprofessional behavior like today.
Such a waste of money! My stylist was very rough ripping a brush through my wet hair and nearly burning my scalp with the hair dryer I almost jumped out of the chair. Then my $45 dollar hair style did not last the 10 minute car ride home to top it all off I was really looking forward to the added on 10 minute scalp massage but the lack of attention by the staff led to it not being provided. Needless to say I will be bringing my complaints much higher until a refund is provided
