I usually LOVE Nick’s pizza. But this location in particular was absolutely disappointing. The cheesesteak was dry like it’s been sitting, the bread was so very stale I couldn’t even finish it. And the wings were so hard I wouldn’t even feed them to my dog, not to mention barely any sauce on them. I was just so disgusted with this meal. I will NEVER order from that NICKS again in my life. Customer service also was deplorable. This place should be shut down because it’s a disgrace to the Nicks Pizza Company.

Loved our pizza..nice and fresh. Wish crust was more crisp but supper flavorful

Been going to nicks for years now and our past few orders have not been up to par! Cheese steaks burnt, always the mushrooms and onion rings are way over cooked, ok burnt! This trip the sandwiches all wrong, another 25 minute drive back to get the right steaks, not including the ride back, something needs to improve, someone is not caring about the product they are preparing, just let it roll on out burnt or order is not right!

Ordered a few sandwiches tonight, they tasted good however, there was a long curly black hair embedded in my sandwich. (Side note I have short blonde hair) I called to let them know what I experienced and I was told “well no one in our kitchen has black curly hair”. Regardless of how it got there and who’s working in the kitchen, it’s not my hair. Not only is this disgusting but this is a time where extra precautions should be taken, which obviously were not. Gross, gross, gross!
