Deeply over price for what I got done which was a color and 3 sewn in tracts for $226. In 9 days my hairs looked a mess I was able to removed the sew in myself I wish I could fine a good hair salon and not ripoff for some bull

My 3rd visit to this salon was horrible. I did get my hair washed and blow dried but the stylist ( Shamere) never showed up to finish the job. I sat and waited and waited and none of the other staff ever checked on me let alone see if I wanted something to drink after waiting so long. I left with my hair looking like the poodle who had just won the dog show with my hair wild and crazy looking. BTW they still charged me $25 for the wash and blow dry which I think should have been free after all the waiting I did. Please be more professional if you make an appointment keep it or let me know ahead of time that you can't keep it. My time is just as valuable as yours. My 1st 2 visits for my daughter and I were ok but we will not be returning.
I was scheduled to have a wig colored and installed so I made my appointment for Saturday and had to drop the hair off Friday. I was instructed to drop the hair off when the salon opened so I dropped it off between 9-9:30a. I called at 12p to see if the stylist would call me to go over pricing or whatever. The stylist had not touched my hair yet. I then called again at 6:30p to check on the progress but nothing was done to it yet. Therefore I wasted gas to drop the hair off early even though it probably was not colored until the next day of my appointment.nAppointment day: my appointment was at 1:30, I arrived at 1:15 and was seen immediately. I received a shampoo, conditioner, blow dry and braid down service. The braid down took 1.5hrs because the stylist kept stopping to work on another customer's hair. Once my hair was complete it was 7:30p which meant I had been there for 6hrs. Unacceptable!!!!! I had plans I had to cancel and was forced to complete my school work late into the evening, early morning because of the time stolen from me. I will not be going back for my hair to be done.
I have natural 4C hair. The stylist did coil twist in my hair it looked nice and lasted several weeks. The assistant did an excellent job with the wash experience. My hair was clean and she did a mini massage. The massage was well needed.
