It was supa busy but they fit us in we had to wait but that's alright! We needed a new car Bad AF & Fast AF! Everyone was nice friendly & helpful. They wiped down the tables & chairs regularly. If ur trading ur car they can use it towards another one or cut u a check the same day! They prefer u to wait in ur car till ur turn. They had np helping us & answering all our questions. Heather was great she wasn't a pushy car saleslady I really appreciate that! They had a car brought over from the Maple Shade location for us to look at. We had to wait a day for it to gt there but we left w/ the perfect car on 2nd visit.Took us 4hrs & everything was done. I would highly recommend them! I had a GREAT experience with Carmax, from beginning to end. I paid to have an SUV, (Ford Edge), shipped from out of state and was told it would take 3 weeks to arrive. It arrived 2 days early. When I test drove it, there was a noise, which did not sound mechanical, but maybe like something was loose. Since I was not going to buy the vehicle right then, to give them a chance to check and see what the issue was, they refunded the shipping fee. They checked it out and the next day I was able to return and purchase it. My salesman was Lee Forman and he was very helpful and responsive, as was EVERY single person I dealt with at Carmax. Another plus is that they do not charge all of the extra, high fees that dealerships do. Also, my vehicle was at least $5,000 cheaper than other Ford Edge's with similar features that I saw on other sites. I would definitely buy from Carmax again! ANd I absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE my new vehicle!

Purchasing my vehicle here was a pleasant experience. The salesman (Sal) I had walked me through every part of it very well explaining and recommending what is offered.

When I found my Jaguar F-Pace on CarMax (in British Racing Green with leather interior), I thought it was too good to be true. It had everything I was looking for at an affordable price in pristine condition with low miles. I held the car (with no money down) and was contacted promptly at 10 am the next morning via email and a phone call from Lee, who was super helpful from the very first call. We discussed my needs and he sent me a written quote with exactly what the car was going to cost including the service plan I had selected, and tax. I had to reschedule my appointment with him twice and he was very accommodating. I asked him to look into the Jaguar app (to be sure I was able to download and use it for auto start) and he did the research for me, even calling a local Jaguar dealer to be sure they'd help me once I purchased the vehicle. The process of purchasing could not have been easier or smoother. The car was cleaned and buffed like new. When I got it home, I took it to my local Jaguar dealer for an inspection and they agreed that it was PERFECT. What a deal! I would definitely recommend CarMax to anyone looking to buy a used car.

We waited for almost an hour to see the car. We had an appointed because thinking this would make our buying experience better. Nobody updated us or to told us why we had to wait that long. We did not feel that the person was willing to sell us a car. We ended up leaving and not even seeing the girl that was suppose to sell us the car. We saw her walking but still no update about our car. Maybe we would have waited if we we're being updated on the status of the car. I work in customer service too and communication is one of the keys to make your customers happy.
