Walked in and sat there waiting for them to finish up with the person they had in the chair. No one spoke to me, but they had a lively conversation between the barber and someone else that was there with their young children, but obviously not for a haircut. After waiting for about a half hour, with no one speaking to me, I got up to leave because I had an appointment. If someone had at least spoken to me to let me know they recognized a customer came in and was waiting I could have found out that I wasn't going to be served in a timely manner. But, nothing. They were more engaged in their personal conversation with their friend who was hanging out.
