Denim Byob

We ordered take out from Denim tonight for a special and small family gathering. The food was amazing- we all raved about the poached pear salad, enjoyed the spice of the Korean BBQ pork and also enjoyed the harvest gimmelli. The filet minion was delicious and perfectly prepared. While we were beyond satisfied with the appetizers and main course, dessert was too much of a temptation to let go uneaten! The s’mores barbuzo and fig tart were both devine. Thank you Denim for adding delicious flavors to our night!

I've had brunch at Denim three times (within four weeks, lol) and this place is off the charts. The food is so perfect, I am either crying or laughing with every bite. I tried the poached pear salad for the first time yesterday and WHAT?!?! It was magical. Denim, I am in love with you!! I hope you all feel so proud of what you're creating in our community!

We ate outside on this lovely Fall day and it was great! The ambiance, the staff were all very accommodating.nI had a brussel sprouts appetizer that was out of this world! Crisp with bacon and pepitas...so good! Then I had a grown up grilled cheese that had arugula and apricot jam on sourdough bread that was just delicious!nWell done Denim!!

The food was fantastic. We started with the goat cheese croquettes. Amazing! The creamy cheese with the honey and nuts was the perfect pairing. We had the summer salad with shaved vegetables. They’re raw instead of blanched but so I wasn’t sure at first but it was the most pleasant summer salad of pure vegetables. It had squash, carrots, zucchini, and asparagus. Paired with a lemon vinaigrette it was light, refreshing, and delicious. We had the venison and scallop entrees. Both were satisfying in their own way as they were very different types of dishes. Definitely going back and would highly recommend. Service was superb.

This place is a gem, the chef is so passionate about his food and everything he touches turns to gold. We went on a double date and sat outside do to COVId and the staff treated us so well and the food was top notch. It by far the best quality and quantity you will get for your money. He just gets it perfect balance of flavor in each dish and yet still filling too with portions enough and o leave completely satisfied. Get everything don’t skip apps and dessert or you will regret it. If you are hesitant on what to order don’t worry he four of us all ordered different dishes and they were all amazing so you really can’t go wrong!! Bon Appetite!
