Excellent, personable customer service both at the pump and inside Jacksons. Store is immaculate. Everything is tidy and clean with a huge variety of items...snacks galore! I come only to this station every time I come to Oregon.

Morning guy is way to slow and by slow I mean snail type of slow please hire someone that isn’t that slow

My family and I live near this Shell, which is at the bottom of Bull Mountain right at 99W. Heading South on 99W you’ll have to get into the Right Turn Only lane and then heads up since it’s a pretty quick left into the lot; and it’s a two-way turn lane. I’ve been there all different days and times of the day: nothing but the nicest and friendliest staff! They’re very quick and attentive. I’ve never been in the little convenience shop there but my wife says it’s pretty nice. Once done you have quick and easy access to Bull Mtn Road and 99W both North and South. Great local gas station.

Only 1 of 2 , 24 hour stores !! CAN NOT get fuel at ANY of the other 75 stations in the area! Cannot pump your own fuel so need an open station! Google! you should be able to tell me how to find an open station near me .. took me an hour and trips to several closed stations that Google said was open or didn't have posted hours!! I was nearly stranded wouldn't want anyone else to have this stress this late at night..

Had to get out of my car and ask one of the attendants to help me. When asked they sighed in agitation and slumped over. I understand it's an early or late shift but come on.
