Dar's Steaks

I just happened to be in Haddon Township on 11/13 and took a flyer on Dar's since I'm a cheese steak junkie . . . both the Philly Dilly and the Pizza Steak were well prepared and quite good, with clearly fresh ingredients. Overall, I would put Dar's in the top 5 cheese steak places I've been to (of 70+), and it was the quality of the beef and cheese whiz that bumped them well up my list. In the past, I've been turned off from cheese whiz by places using cheap obviously canned products, but Dar's has the best whiz I've had in years. Barvo on a quality product, Dar's!

Cheesesteak Hoagie, American cheese seeded roll, ketchup, hold the mayo. Old Bay fries w homemade whiz.nnGreat tasting steak cooked to perfection, on an amazing fresh roll. Love seeded roll. Fresh lettuce and tomatoes very juicy and delicious.nnFries were just the right amount of seasoning and fresh homemade whiz. Can’t get enough. Wish there were a few more.nnFast service too at late lunchtime.

THE BEST CHEESESTEAK OF ALL TIME!!!!! I was skeptical going in - another steak place claiming to be better and differentiated - Well, this place is the real deal - worth every penny for the prime rib and fresh fries from premium potatoes - I got a cheese steak with home made whiz and portobello mushrooms finely chopped - even though the steak was gooey by the time I got home - it was all phenomenal - they are very generous with the meat - seriously, this is the best cheesesteak around - the famous filet mignon cheese steak in St Barts has some things to learn from this cheese steak - looking forward to going back soon - can't believe my luck that this is now the closest steak to my house - 2020 is not all that bad!

So glad they opened this, this town needed more options! I ordered a Cheesesteak on a Plain roll and was NOT disappointed. Definitely one of the best cheesesteaks I've ever had. I've found my new go to for lunch. ud83dude4c Give them a try, you wont regret it.
