Obviously, very nice clothes here. I'm reviewing because of the very nice staff, though. They were so helpful to my wife but not pushy at all.
My first time shopping with Madewell and the staff went above and beyond. I had to special order my jeans but let me say, I have never been treated so well somewhere and the jeans fit like they were made just for me!! Thank you guys!!
My wife was getting her new jeans hemmed, so we called after two weeks to find that they hadn’t even been sent in for hemming yet! The woman on the phone gave us the biggest attitude about it, like it’s our fault it didn’t get sent out. After three weeks, we called back again and got the same attitude as if checking on our jeans twice is three weeks is such a pain for you to deal with. Definitely avoiding this location in the future.
Love coming to these store. Absolutely love the style of clothe. Great friendly employees. Excellent size selection. Often has better promotions and more product than Nordstrom.
Went in just to browse and left with so many cute things! The girls working were very helpful and i bought 3 items they brought to my dressing room that I wouldn't have chosen on my own! Will be back to shop for more for sure.
