I found my wedding dress here and it was the best experience Kendall was the one who helped my group that day and was so sweet and patient.nI also got my dress altered here and it turned out so great! It was right when everything opened up again and she was fantastic, did everything quickly in case another shut down I would have my dress.nI recommend everyone to come here! You tell them your budget and never once did they try to convince me to go over it. (:

Found my dress yesterday at Bridal Exclusives! The entire experience was so easy and very intimate with covid guidelines. I was completely relaxed and really enjoyed the experience - mostly because our consultant Kendall was perfect! I highly recommend working with her if you can.

The shop was super clean and the staff was friendly. I was kind of disappointed in their selection; they definitely seem to gravitate towards sparkle and beading which isn’t really my thing.

I had the absolute best experience finding my wedding dress here. They were extremely accommodating to my large party and let us bring mimosas, snacks, etc. My party also had a large part in picking out dresses. My consultant, Ariana, was absolutely amazing. I felt like I connected with her and she understood my vision for my wedding. I was very nervous going in, but she was so welcoming and made me feel comfortable voicing my opinion and sticking up for what she knew I wanted in my dress. Ultimately, I found my dream dress that made me feel like a true woodland fairy and it would not have been possible without Ariana. I have been recommending Bridal Exclusives to everyone I know who will be shopping for a wedding dress in the future. Again, thank you, Ariana and Bridal Exclusives for giving me the best day ever.

Due to Covid-19, I will no longer be able to participate in a wedding and I was met with 0 help and terrible customer service when I asked to return the bridesmaid dress. I was told I signed a contract and they can’t change their contract due to a pandemic. The dress is $175 and had they accepted the refund given that the dress has not been altered, I would have gladly come and bought my wedding dress from here as I myself am planning my wedding. Their lack of empathy and support was saddening and upsetting.
