Not Just Pizza

NEVER AGAIN. I placed an order and was told 40 mins. To be safe I left my house 45 mins later because I live close by. I am new to the area and when I get here. They say my order was given to someone else by mistake and it would take 10 mins to remake. 40 mins later I am still waiting for my remade order. The level of service and customer interaction here is worse than I have EVER seen at any establishment. I thought maybe I had a new place but this WILL NOT BE IT!

I order from Not Just Pizza frequently and over time I’m becoming turned off with the treatment and service of customers. The employees rush and talk over customers when calling to place an order. Because of this our order is always missing something or prepared wrong. It’s almost as if you’re bothering them by giving them your business. On top of feeling rushed and over-talked while ordering, their delivery driver takes FOREVER to bring the food. The food always arrives cold with a greasy bag and has to be re-heated before eating. Overall, it is becoming a bad experience and we are looking to find our go-to pizza place elsewhere.

I like Not Just Pizza my son kept telling me about Panzarotti's 3 for $10. So I finally got them I was not all that impressed. But the pizza and wings are good.

This was my first time calling to place a order and definitely my last. The staff was rude especially the owner. I only wanted to question the fact of a special in the menu for pizza and wings. It doesn’t specify breaded wings, however the owner was very unprofessional when answering about the false advertising.

Order here on a regular basis and I'm usually happy but not tonight. Ordered a sandwich, onion rings and a child's meal. The onion rings and the child's meal was so burnt it couldn't be eaten. Never should have left the restaurant. With all the places in need of take out orders this really took me by surprise.
