Pat in service was very helpful & professional. He explained what needed to be done setting my expectations & kept me updated. My repairs were done in a timely manner. Nancy MacDermott who originally sold me the vehicle went above and beyond arranging for me to have a loner vehicle since the repairs would take at least a day. Nancy brought my vehicle home when it was finished and took the loner vehicle back to the dealership making the experience very convenient. I was very happy from beginning to end. It was good. came in sooner but staff are extremely friendly! for my oil change and they seen me but I needed a part for my car and the lady Jena didn't put what I needed in my file. I call twice to get the part she was supposed to call me and never did. I understand you do get busy. But if a customer need work to be done write it in the customer's file so whomever answers the call can go in the file and tell the customer what they need instead of playing phone tag. That's why I didn't give ya'll a five star rating.
My experience is always excellent. Your staff made me feel welcomed and they listened to my concerns regarding my vehicle. They explained this to me in an easy to understand language and gave me their best recommendations concerning my vehicle needs. Thank Chevy for another great service.
Maybe it’s just me but I never feel welcomed here. EVER!!! I assume the work that needed to b done on my car was done and done correctly. Not sure when I need to come back because there wasn’t a sticker telling me when. I hope the service men just forgot to put the sticker. I hope ud83eudd1eud83cudffe tha my oils was changed & done properly.
Great staff members. They were willing to do everything in their power to get us a car. We did like a different car better but if we were making a decision solely on the staff, we would of bought a car here.
