Don't know why I didn't write a review sooner? But Tom and Bill at Arrow are the best mechanics I've ever been to. I take all my cars there for service. I also drive for a driving school and now we take all our cars there when they need a little TLC. They are great mechanics, honest workers with unbeatable prices. 1st time I stopped there was for muffler/exhaust work on my minivan. After being quoted $750 at another muffler chain store, I stopped by Arrow and they did the work for $250!!!!!!!! I could not recommend them any higher.

The owner of this place has become very arrogant. He don't take any responsibility for any wrong he does or of his staff. He use to be a honest mechanic.

Fast friendly service. Replaced resonator in a hour. .

I dropped my car off thursday night to get a new muffler on friday, waited until 1 pm to call to check on everything and it was done. I have no idea when it was done because I had to call them to find out. When I got there the person at the desk had no idea what was done or what to charge me. When I got my car back my muffler was still rattling and after looking at it, it looks like they never installed a muffler bracket. When I called to find out about it I was asked to hold then hung up on immediately after. When I called back to discuss the issue and ask if they had a work order to tell me what was done and they didnt even know. They said I'd have to bring it back in so they can look at it and couldnt give me a price. I paid $200 for a muffler and didnt even get a full service like I should have. I will never go here again and I'll make sure everyone I know knows not to go here. The last thing you want to be told is you have to drop your car off again for something that should have been already done.

I went there to go get my catalytic converter fixed. I dropped it off at 9am because I had an appointment for 9, I had to wait until 5pm for a 2 hour job.nnWhen I gave them the car, it had no check engine lights whatsoever. Then when I got it back it had chunks of grass in the wheel wells like it had been off roaded and had a check engine light for a misfire on cylinder #1.nI DONT RECOMEND THIS PLACE YOU WILL END UP WITH PROBLEMS YOUVE NEVER HAD. 8/04/2020
