We had our car in here for 1 month getting repairs under warranty. They worked with us on the non warranty work so we didn't get hit with too much of a bill. The service dept manager was the nicest guy. I think his name is Lowell. He made sure we had a loaner vehicle for the duration & kept us informed of the progress. They took awhile but did great work.

I had to go here for a quick oil change due to time constraints and it was a little better but I feel like every time I go here people are talking down to me. They make me feel unwelcome and are just plain rude towards me. I live in the area but have in the past and will continue to go to the Cherry Hill Subaru they are much nicer and treat me with respect.
