Great experience. Saw an ad for an RV I thought I wanted and I called and got a hold of Mark Major. He let me know that it had been sold but after letting him know what I was looking for Mark pointed me in the direction of something even better. This was done over the phone and I actually bought the RV site unseen. Mark delivered it with Gino today and things were impeccable. I even learned there were some special surprises. I can’t imagine a better experience. This is a good company and Rachel provides great financing support. Very happy customers.
Great group of people with sort of a family vibe. The sales staff really know their products and their tech guys are techno wizards. Slight hiccup with the heating unit on our rig at delivery day, but they all pulled together, found a solution and got us on the road as quickly as possible.
We just purchased our first motor home at Dylan’s in Sewel. It was a terrific process Mark Majors was our salesman. He was very knowledgeable, professional and patient answering all of our questions.
