Usually have a good experience with IAAI, however not with this location. Vehicle was damaged in the lot, and I wanted the management to be aware of the situation and prevent it from happening in the future. The person who initially answered the phone was helpful. The manager Liz immediately greeted me with hostility and said she didn't even care about the situation. Would avoid this location like the plague.
