I had a great experience today with Vic's auto center. I chose the shop because it's close to my home and I need to have the car checked asap. They were all booked but told me to bring the car in the morning so that they can find some time to look at it. They did diagnose, found and fixed the issue. They also did the oil change. All done in one day with fair price! I'm so impressed and pleased. Will go to this shop in the future!
You can count on Vic's to do a complete and honest job no matter if it's just a minor adjustment or an engine overhaul. Thanks Mike.
Poor customer service. Arrived to check on our vehicle at the end of the day and was met with an annoyed attitude and told to return in half an hour. Went to run errands and an hour later got a phone call, “So are you guys coming back or what? I told you to come back in half an hour.” Disrespectful, uncalled for.
Vic's was truly great in being flexible with our needs on a very tight timetable. Through over the moon wonderful customer service they were able to replace a windshield and time our vehicle up within a very small time table. Great establishment and would be happy to return.
I needed a quick diagnostic check on a car I was considering. Mike got me right in and they did a very thorough inspection for a very fair price. Great service.
