I have been very frustrated with the purchase of a ladder from The Sprinter store. It has been a month since I ordered it. I have attempted to call them many times and got nothing but voice mail. Twice I spoke to a person , who was very nice, but there was no follow through with my questions about when my ladder would ship. I have many components that I will be purchasing for my van build but I have no confidence in The Sprinter Store to be a reliable vendor.

Brian in sales and Jared in installation were top notch. This is my first sprinter van, and both them answered my questions and made the entire process seamless. I ended up getting a power step passenger side, swivel adapters for both front seats, bug screens for the side and rear doors and a set of new Rhino Wheels. I will definitely be doing all of my sprinter van business with them. Thanks again for the great experience!

Working in the repair industry I have found that the Sprinter is one of the vehicles that can be challenging to get parts for repair quickly, and if there is anything that you are trying to accomplish in this industry, its quality of work, and the ability to do so in a timely manner. These guys have been great in helping us through a difficult head gasket job on an 05 Sprinter, and especially Shannon, sh has been on the ball each time we called and had an additional need. Thank you guys for doing what you do and doing it well!! -Joes Automotive

Ordered parts while the van was in the shop. When I finally pulled the parts out of the box I had exceeded the 14 day return policy. I phoned them up knowing this and explained that they were not the parts I desired and they are accepting a return as we speak for the parts. Thanks for the understanding! Will do business with you soon.
