Legacy Glass

Legacy has fixed our old windows twice now after being vandalized. They are kind, responsive, fast and came just a few hours after we called them. As a tiny non-profit, vandalism is challenging to afford to fix and they were very honest about the cost and gave us a discount. Thank you for all of your help!

My business was vandalized and 2 windows were smashed out. I called a few places and everyone was at least a week out. Tom answered the phone at Legacy and asked me to send some pictures. He said he could get it done today! Tom came and measured everything up, and an hour later, Deeno came and cleaned up the glass and installed my new windows perfectly! They were both professional and personal and they did exactly what they said they'd do. Serious 5 star service! I would recommend them to anyone!

I am a property manager and had a window broken between tenancies. I called a few places, Legacy was the first to answer the phone. Val was wonderful, talked me through the process and scheduled the install. In the meantime we were waiting for the glass to be made. The day after I called and confirmed we'd move forward with the job, Val called and said it was COMPLETE! I was shocked. She said the tech went over there, realized they had the glass and took care of it within 2 days. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone!

So this past Tuesday, my friend opened and dropped a very old residential window (without ropes) in my home, causing it to break. The next day, I called about 10+ different window replacement businesses including Home Depot for quotes.nnHalf of them never called me back, a couple said they wouldn't come out to only do one window, and the others were just very short with me on the phone. All the quotes I was able to obtain were within the $325-400 range since I didn't feel comfortable removing the window myself after watching a bunch of tutorials on Youtube.nnLegacy Glass was the first business I actually called. I worked with Julia who was very knowledgable and friendly over the phone. She asked me for pertinent information on the phone and to also text her photos of the window along with some dimensions in order to provide me a quote of $350-400 (10% discount from the website already included). This was the only business that asked for photos and dimensions which made me feel like they actually know what they were doing.nnJulie reached out to me the next day to see if I had decided on which direction I was going to go, and since they were the only ones who actually followed up with me and seemed pleasant to work with, I decided to go with Legacy Glass. She was able to confirm that the work would not exceed $400 and sent out a tech within hours of me confirming I was ready to replace the window.nnThe tech, Dean, called me when he was on the way to my house, about 10-15 mins out. He was also very friendly, knowledgable and got along with my dog! He explained to me what he had to do before he did it, handled the old wood frame and window with care, and all the work was done within an hour and a half.nnDean did a fantastic job! I am so thankful I decided to work with Legacy Glass. I felt very comfortable with them, and now I know exactly who to go to for any glass work including anything needed on my car. They made the whole process smooth and painless. They're definitely stand up people! I love being able to support a family business that's been around for decades.

We needed an emergency glass repair because of a freak accident. A gust of wind caught our neighbor’s patio umbrella and sent it flying over the fence and into our kitchen window. Our house is on the market and we needed it fixed ASAP. We called Legacy at 5:00 pm and they were here at noon the next day and had it repaired in less than 45 minutes.
