Collingswood Diner

Great improvements to the facility! I stopped going because it was looking run down but it looks great now and the food and service was good. I'll put it back in my steady rotation of Jersey Diner stops.

The food isn't very tasty, although the staff is knowledgeable of the menu and very nice.

I really enjoyed eating at home again. I love it there. I'm so happy that they're open again

I will not longer dine there. The food and customer service is not good at all. My seafood was under cooked, veggies were cold and soogy, the baked potato was overcooked. The waitress was slow and definitely had an attitude, because she continued to be negative and not return to the tables to service us unless we requested her to do so. No customer should have to ask for a straw and extra napkins, etc. Yet she insists that she's good at her job, I disagree completely. Mind you our party is always large and so are her tips.nnThe owner who is usually on site, is unfriendly, unprofessional, and seems to intimidate her staff. She rarely interacts with the patrons or welcomes those of us who have patronized her business for years, even after reopening due to the pandemic.nnOne of my friends, a longtime customer, was aggressively confronted publicly concerning an error on one of the waitresses' part over a bill, a week later. It was unnecessary and highly unprofessional.nnEven though the bill was paid, there was no documentation presented and she was shamed, which could have been avoided. The waitress was at fault and should have been held accountable.nnHowever, the hostess Peggy, who is at the front of the house, is friendly, kind, and always professional. I will miss her.
