I highly recommend accurate auto. I had excellent service provided to me regards to my Mini Cooper. The staff were professional, kind, clearly defined what they were doing in regards to my repair needs. I would not hesitate referring them and would definitely return for future auto repair needs. I utilized the Lake Oswego location.
Called morning of and were able to get me in, diagnosed same day and repaired same day to get me back on the road and home after work. Were very professional and transparent in everything they did. Would recommend and will be back if I a need arises.
I had a great experience with Accurate Auto Lake Oswego. They fixed several oil leaks and replaced my thermostat housing (fixed a massive coolant leak). They did a wonderful job, very professional and friendly, the manager Joe is the best, super nice guy! I called early Friday morning and they were able to see me that morning and have it all fixed by the end of the day, it worked out perfectly! They also checked on my car the following week for free just to make sure nothing was still leaking. I definitely recommend them and will be coming back for any future repairs. Thanks again!
Been here twice! Both times have been great. They would send updates to me during the day, went out of their way to ensure everything was taking care of, and even sent me a diagnostic checklist of my car to show it passed everything!
Joe and accurate auto were great. Employess were friendly and respectful. I needed to work while I waited. They had a nice desk in the lobby and comfortable couches. My car runs great and they even vacuumed it out and left me some candy!
