The staff is very knowledgeable and understanding. Being a first time owner I was a bit nervous. After leaving I felt confident,excited and proud! Tip: There is a lot of information given during walk through, take notes.. ;)

We stopped at Funtime RV first before shopping around. No where else even came close to the selection, price or knowledge of the salesperson. We lost our home in a wildfire and they gave us a great price on our purchase. Dan McKinney was the salesperson who helped us and he never made us feel pressured and was full of great info especially since we have never owned an RV before. I’m glad that we shopped around just for the fact of knowing what a great deal and great service we were getting. I highly recommend Funtime RV in Tualatin. Ask for Dan McKinney and tell him Adrienne Garcia sent you!!

Fantastic buying experience! We were leery and didn’t have a lot of trust buying from a small town dealer at first (we moved to the area a couple of years ago), and the entire staff at Funtime RV proved us that this family operated operation cares more about the customer than any dealer with which I’ve worked. The staff is personable, takes as much time as the customer needs to walk through the RV, and doesn’t push to sell you anything you don’t need. They were fair when we worked with them on the price of our used RV. They were also fair when we negotiated on the price for our used RV. Before we drove off, they took great care cleaning the RV and walking us through it so we understood everything about the motorhome. Our experience was absolutely fanatic, and we would definitely buy from them again (and probably will!).

What a disappointment. My wife and I traded in our old RV and purchased a new NO BO trailer from Fun Time RV in Tualatin in November 2018. The sales person and his supervisor were remarkably helpful and a pleasure to deal with. Ditto the Service Department which was spacious and well staffed in a separate facility. They outfitted the new trailer perfectly and gave us a detailed orientation. We had some minor adjustments to make over the next few months and they were able to accommodate us promptly both on the phone or in person if we needed it. We felt more than well served.nnNow fast forward to the current state of the Dealership. On September 15th of this year (just about 2 years since purchase) we discovered a significant leak into the bedroom area while camped in a storm on the Oregon Coast. We called Fun time and were told that they would not be able to see us for 6 weeks (October 28). We told them that we had to do something with the leaks in the interim and they said that would not be a problem. We took it to another RV repair place who caulked some obvious leaks on the roof and one around the main front window. However, we were left with a leak into the tool storage area under the bedroom area. When we finally got to take it to Fun Time we found there had been a dramatic transformation since our initial dealings in Nov 2018. The Dealership had undergone significant downsizing and the helpful and courteous staff were no longer there. In fact, the original service area was no longer there and it is now reduced to a small bay which is managed by a extremely rude and apparently untrustworthy. service manager. He said that by caulking around the window (as we were advised to do on the phone) we had voided our warranty and he gave a bid of @ $2,000 to replace the window along with re patching the seals we had already done. We are terribly disappointed. This is a terrific trailer but if you are thinking of buying one, you should seek out another dealer if you are looking for good maintenance. I should note we also contacted Forest River and they were no help.

I forgot that I even wrote a review about Funtime. Sad to say, but once they get your money they don't care about you as a customer. I will tell everyone I know to not buy from them.nMy family was so excited to get a travel trailer. When my husband and I got it home to show our kids there was a leak in the front window. How did they not notice that it was leaking before they sold us a BRAND NEW trailer? Then we saw that the back taillight wasn't working on our BRAND NEW trailer.nMy husband called the general manager and wanted those problems fixed. He said he wanted to make us happy. Funtime RV came and picked it up to fix those 2 things. When they brought it back we had a screw going through the panel to the outside. They fixed the taillight but completely ruined the side of our trailer. They never did fix it. They said it was the manufacturer that made the hole in the side which was not true.nIt was very disappointing to deal with the situation. I never want to go through that again. In the future and we won't be purchasing anything from Funtime again.
