Veronica is a great person to work with; Well spoken, & well informed. They are renting out my 36-ft RV, diesel pusher. They do a great job and they're very efficient. In the office, They are all covid virus compliant & social distancing is outlined. Be sure to make an appointment before you go. A great place! I trust them completely.

After being evacuated from our home and sleeping in the cars or in a parking lot with 7 dogs for a day and a half, we were needing a place to keep our 5 dogs and 2 foster dogs safe, we contacted #RVNorthwest and they set us up immediately. Even offered a place to stay after our second evacuation. They gave us a discount due to circumstances and worried about us just like family!!nHIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!!!nJanice was wonderful, and gave us exactly what we needed, even when we weren't sure ourselves!!!nThank you so much, #RVNorthwest!!!!

Everything you expect in a used car dealer. You won’t be disappointed. Called for the title of an RV I purchased 12x over 4 weeks. Not a single returned call. When it was finally sent, it was an application for a lost title. Claimed to have a new battery bank. Nope. House batteries were swollen and wouldn’t hold a charge. Not new by any definition. Stay away.

We were hoping to rent an motorhome from here for a trip in the fall. We have been trying for weeks. My husband and I have both called and left voicemails for someone to get back to us and no response. We finally got one quote and was informed that all 24' motorhomes where the same price. We chose to go with a different model but still 24' and the price went up. After getting the new quote we have again tried to get a hold of someone to discuss the price different but again no response. Called again today and voicemail box for the one employee was full and so was the main one. We were hoping to give our business to a local company. Not sure what is going on at this place but I would think twice before renting or buying anything from them due to the lack of response.

Just go somewhere else. the staff is rude and unwilling to help, poor customer service, and the staff barely wants to communicate with you let alone sale you anything. outside the office is dirty and run down. If i could rate this any lower i would.
