Awesome folk, I messed up and left the lights on in my truck me and the kid sat for HOURS with no ac :(... they were nice enough to give us a jump start! Thank you soooo much :)

I love this gym. As a tired over weight woman that needed and wanted a change but was not sure where to start I started a search I knew that I wanted classes like aerobics or zumba so I found this place the price was perfect. My first class was RIP that was heavy and was thinking to myself if can I do this. Then i tried the bikes that was hard i literally did like 5 minutes my 1st time and my second class I was able to do 20 minutes I really didn't like the pain so I said I'm not ready for the bike but i concentrate on all the other classes. A few months after i decided that i would give Spin a try. I love it now I can finish a full hour. This gym has helped me lose a few pounds with the help of instructors and even my workout partners that struggle just the same as me to find a healthy balance in our lives. I can literally say that what this gym has to offer is way more than what I'm paying right now. I feel more confident, happy, strong and healthy. I super recommend it. Because it's not just any gym its friends and support a clean environment and most of all fun. Your road to a healthy lifestyle can be fun and enjoyable. God bless you.

After a year at the purple place in los Lunas I was losing interest big time. Everybody there is so fake. Girls.... why go to the gym with your hair and makeup perfect then walk around looking at everyone but not actually doing anything??? Ridiculous. Anyway I finally found extreme fitness and I am so excited I did! It’s a small close knit family oriented gym. They have fantastic classes and everyone from staff to other members are so supportive and encouraging. I’m finally home! Can’t say enough. Love this place!
