Awesome food, very nice staff, regularly excellent ambience. They charge convenient rates and the food quality is very good. Keep up the good work.
I just waited 40 minutes in line and then was told at the window that she didnt hear my entire second combo order and refused to add it on.
The 5 dollar specials deal is absolutely amazing and delicious! Staff is nice, bathrooms clean as heaven, food delicious, just a great food place. The only thing I recommend is to have your employees listen more closely to my order, on multiple occasions we have gotten a completely different order or just one thing off, so either I have to go back or be a little upset on my order ud83dude05. Everything else is amazing, Popeyes and Chick-fil-A have some competition ud83dude02
The food was pretty good, but the staff members were extremely rude. They forgot to give me a few items. When I came back to claim them, the girl rolled her eyes as if I did something wrong by wanting the rest of my food. Then she proceeded to shove the bag in my hand. I expect to get attitude when you give it, but I was polite and her attitude was uncalled for. With that being said, I will not be returning to this location.
The girl who works drive thru mostly evenings is horrible with customers! She is definitely going to be driving customers right over to Popeyes. I have NEVER received worst customer service. She acts like it’s an inconvenience for you to be wanting to get their food and give them money. Like where do u think your paycheck comes from? She almost drops the drinks and your form of payment on the ground. I feel like going again to just get her name and go to management cause she should NOT be working with people.
