I had a great experience at MB of Wilsonville. It was my first time there. So, like a lot of other places in Oregon I was struck by the beauty of the surroundings – the tall trees creating the backdrop for the bold metal and glass architecture of the MB building. My visit was with the service department. I was greeted upon entering and everything seemed white and clean and bright like I had entered heaven. I had an appointment for routine service which was complicated with a recall and another minor issue. They gave me a loaner vehicle to use while mine was getting serviced. They gave me regular updates by phone of their progress.Their initial estimate of how long all the work would take was very accurate. I liked the loaner almost as much as my own vehicle. So, parting with it was bittersweet. Once again, I was greeted by the great staff in the service department. The paperwork process is so streamlined that it is a pleasure as well as fast. I will definitely return to MB of Wilsonville as my preferred location.
I was at the dealership for a recall on the airbags. I was very impressed with the dealership. As I waited for the work to be completed I enjoyed looking at all the different models of Mercedes. The dealership itself is very attractive and seemed very large. I arrived nearly an hour ahead of time and yet they started work on my car immediately and told me it would be done in an hour and a half and it was. They washed and vacuumed the car which was just a very nice Plus
Mercedes of Wilsonville always does a good job, but this time it was a GREAT JOB!! First of all I showed up with no appointment And they were able to take in my vehicle and provide a courtesy vehicle within 10 minutes( AMAZING!!). Brittney was the adviser and she was very professional and had superb customer service. Had to write this review for the amazing team at Mercedes!! Thank you guys
There is no better place to purchase a Mercedes. They are easy to work with, very honest, low pressure with the highest integrity.nThe service department is out of this world. I actually look forward to going. It’s never a chore. I would not hesitate to purchase a car from MB Wilsonville. They are the best!
On 9-13-20, my wife and I went to Mercedes of Wilsonville to browse the curent Mercedes cars. We were met by Lisa who asked questions about what we were interested in as to style, function and performance. even though I was not sure that we were ready to buy, I listened. Lisa was patient and demonstrated that she was very knowledgeable about the Mercedes brand.nLisa had us test drive a GLE suv and a C Class AMG 43 sedan. After the test drives I asked Lisa to crunch the numbers for us. She was spot on for the value of our trade in (I had done my research)and after some brief negotiation we settled on the C Class AMG 43 for what we considered to be a very fair price. Lisa then introduced us to Brian from the finance department. Also a nice experience. No upselling other than the advantages of having an extended warranty. The closing process was quick and thoroughly explained.nOur experience with Mercedes of Wilsonville was 5 star. We have purchased many cars from dealerships and Mercedes of Wilsonville stands out as our best overall experience.nHighly recommend this dealership.
