In 2016 I purchased a 4 Wheel Camper from this company and made an appointment to have it installed on my truck. I arrived early for the appointment which was at 1p.m. on a Saturday. I was quoted an install time of about 3 hours. The installation started at 1:30 but I didn't get out of there till 6:30 that evening because Jeff Martin was not only helping the only other employee do the install but also kept getting interrupted to do sales as he was also the sales and store manager. When it came time to position and slide the camper on the truck it wouldn't fit with out two of us pushing on the bed sides of the truck as the jack stands(extra cost/ordered in advance) were too narrow. The camper is great but I wouldn't order from or use this company again. I see they are not a 4 Wheel Camper dealer now.

Well never thought I would do this. I purchased a trailer in March, the trailer itself is great, but the service and competence of the staff leaves much to be desired. First I ordered a $ 600 leveling tow kit (the best on the market according to Jeff the main salesperson) When I went to have it installed, they had ordered the wrong kit (not discovered until I had driven from Vancouver, WA on my day off to have the work done) I left without it being installed. I also purchased a Prodigy trailer brake system. When the service man went to install it he had no idea what he was doing. In fact, he was unable to complete the install so once again left without the work being done. Only this time he created a whole set of issues. On my way home my car brakes applied by themselves while traveling at 60 mph on the interstate. In order to be able to drive my car, I had to drive with my foot under the brake pedal pulling it forward. Once home, he had created a short in my electrical system and the electronics to the car would not shut off, thereby draining my battery completely. I will say at this point the regional manager got involved and he hired a trailer specialist to do the trailer brake install correctly, as his staff wasn't capable. They had my car for over a week. (I had to rent a car because mine was un-drivable- ( at my demand American RV covered the cost of the rental). I also required them to take it to the Nissan dealer to have the brake issue corrected. (at their cost.) They said they had ordered the correct parts and we made arrangement for them to come to my parents house to do the lift system install. When they arrived, they soon found out that the system they had ordered would not even work on my car, so once again incompetence had won out. At this point Jason contacted the trailer manufacturer as well as the leveling system manufacturer. It was found out the my car to trailer ratio was well in tune and that a leveling system wasn't even needed. They did suggest that a anti-sway system be installed. They ordered that part and after about 3 weeks I was notified that it was in all parts were checked and they were ready to install. I made an appointment with Jason to have the work completed on a Saturday (I had to make yet another trip to their business from my home in Washington) The appointment was scheduled for 9 am, I arrived with my dad at 850 am. The gate was still locked and no one was on site. At 9:10 am when no one had still shown up, I called Jason to inform him that the staff had yet to show up as agreed upon. He made a call and they finally arrived about 9:45 am. I had asked for a full refund for the purchase price of the Blue Ox leveling system. I had to threaten legal action to get the refund submitted. I had paid for the system in March, had found out it wouldn't work and request a refund early June and then in July demanded my refund, which only took about an hour to have issued after threatening to take legal action. If this team was involved in the manufacturing of the trailer I wouldn't have purchased it from them. The trailer, as I said earlier is great and we love it, the issue with this company is the incompetent staff they have working and performing service. I could add so much more detail but, I think my point has been made. In the future, had I been able to do it over again, I would have purchased the trailer there, and taken it to a reputable trailer facility to have all service work done.
