The car purchase experience from May Auto was easy and quick. The staff was experienced and friendly, not pushy and very helpful. Soon after we bought the car, there was a small mechanical issue. May heard our concern, swiftly fixed it, and got it right back to us. It was some of the best customer service I’ve ever had from a small business! We will definitely be going back next time we need to buy a used car.

Easiest car buying experience. Abe & Bobby are very professional and courteous. I found a pre-owned beautiful Tacoma on their lot and drove down from Seattle to purchase. I got a nice deal on my sports car trade that they even negotiated on to get me a little more than originally quoted!nnVery friendly staff and would highly recommend to all. Abe even paid for an oil change before I purchased!

Told me the oil lil leak was from the valve cover gasket and that they had it fixed. He held up a card board package to prove it true, except it was for a serpentine belt, not a gasket, so obviously lying. Secondly, they claimed no problems with the vehicle except once again I knew they weren't telling the truth. I was familiar with the common issues and I noticed the slight idling surge. Drove off the lot and check engine light came on.nnI say if you get a car from here, take someone who knows about cars well enough. Don't take their word for it. But as most salesman, they are friendly. Money doesn't grow on trees so be careful.

I strongly recommend that you purchase your vehicle from a different source. Don't be fooled by their low prices. I made that mistake and It cost me thousands of dollars within weeks of purchasing from them. Not here to hate just to warn you to be careful.
