I have a 2011 Ford F 150 FX4, it started to misfire on cylinders 7 and 8 at 178k first issue. Asked for help and Jason your service manager helped me out. He was understanding. I couldn't get into service they were slammed till tuesday. Jason help me for DIY by reading my computer. So I replace all spark plugs and coils for 7 and 8. Jason came back out and help again after.trucks running well. I hope every one receives this A+ service. Parts and cash where on point to. Good job Ford! Thank you!
