Just purchased a 2020 Mustang. One of the best experiences I have ever had at a car dealership. Jeff S. was an amazing salesman; straight to the point with no stupid antics. Presented my offers with no mind games. Negotiations took about 30 minutes, and the deal was done in about 90 minutes. This is what buying a new car should feel like. Best Body Shop Manager I've ever experienced HANDS DOWN!!!!!!! My wife and I have been to the Landmark Ford Body Shop in the past and have dealt with mediocre service at best. We had an opportunity to meet the new manager (Nathan Fried) and all we can say is that Landmark Ford did something AWESOME with there Body Shop management! Nathan was hands down the most Automotive Knowledgeable, Attentive, Patient, Extremely Impressive manager we've ever worked with. We will absolutely be back to see Nathan and his team with all of our automotive needs in the future. Adam of the Brown team was very kind and informative. The navigation update took too long in my opinion (4 hrs) as I was waiting in the lobby and only anticipated 1 -1.15 hrs. However Adam did consistently check in with me to keep me updated with the progress of the team. He additionally had the team work on a seat recall issue for the vehicle at the same time. Overall pleased with the service. Thank you Adam!!!!
Had a great experience with the body shop at Landmark Ford. My Explorer was rear-ended and needed to be repaired quickly as we had a vacation planned. Rob and his team did a tremendous job getting the process started promptly and had the vehicle ready earlier than promised. Their work was excellent and my car looked brand new. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them!
Landmark Ford already has an outstanding reputation but then I meet your sales person Griffin! Wow! What a great representative for your company. Knowledgeable, never pushy, no pressure. Friendly and patience through the entire process. Landmark- give that kid a promotion! He's ready!
