Nice park. Great amenities. Excellent store. Friendly staff. Beautiful landscaping. Dog friendly.

We absolutely LOVED it here. We have 4 kids and they all loved it, too. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. The sites are clean. The playground and open grass is perfect for kids. The bathrooms and showers are kept clean.nnAnd the people are the best. Phil, Kelly, Seth, Gabino, Randy, and Hazel were all so kind and so helpful. We can’t wait to make it back and stay here again.

A quaint little setup offering all the basic commodities you would expect from a location like this. Clean, comfortable, inviting, with a standard of quality that is agreeable and keeps down on an undesirable demographic of customers. Typically you will be neighbors with passing through crowd and the not so typical, more permanent resident. Four star rating is deserving and hits the cap of my personal consideration of the place. Due primarily and pretty much solely based on surrounding demographic.

Very nice clean place. Lots of trees and flowers. I love it. Definitely will come back in the future.

Sites are tight. Needed to have tree trimmed in order to get in site. No maintenance person on site to trim tree. Got moved to another site. Needed to remove toad and there was not a level space available.
