It's an urban rv park, no doubt about that. Campers are parked close to each other. Some have small strips of grass between mostly concrete. That being said, my check in packet was ready and waiting for me. The park is edging a small river, a bird sanctuary and a wetland. It's very neat and clean. I would definitely stay again when we come to visit the granddaughter.

We were evacuated from our home due to the fires in Clackamas County. And our stay there really felt like home. The office staff was so amazing and helpful! They made sure we would have a space to call home for as long as we needed. They communicated with me every step of the way. The bathrooms were clean, the spots were perfect size and easy to get in to and our time there was peaceful and quiet. We had no extra added stress and we really wished we didn’t have to leave! I can’t begin to express how grateful we were for Roamers Rest. It’s an amazing place to stay

The park was lovely, great for an urban location. Really nice people, the grounds are well tended and attractive. The only reason I didn't give it a 5 star was that the bathrooms were not always clean, especially with COVID it was concerning but we brought our own cleaning supplies to make sure it was disinfected before using. Overall lovely spot, nice and easy.

Very small RV spots with more concrete than anything else. You get about 6 feet in between you and the other persons camper. Only one row of people get the river view, and even then you are not allowed to swim in the river, only kayak or raft. Not many trees, or grass. The people manning the place seem nice and friendly. Very clean and well maintained property. There are bathroom facilities including showers, laundry facilities, drink and snack machines, and you're close enough to Portland to go visit the city if you want to. They are dog friendly (with some breed restrictions). So there are pros and cons for sure.

Easy access from 99W on way to the coast. Had a vintage camper and used a pull thru on a reservation. Excellent restrooms and showers. No problem arriving after hours. Worth the price/cost.
