The bathrooms always smell and aren't what I would consider clean. Half of the TV's on the cardio equipment don’t work. The guest WiFi is frequently not working or extremely slow despite the number of guests in the gym. Will NOT be renewing after this contract is up.
Having the wifi disconnected is not cool however, not able to watch the game...terrible ud83dude14
Avery provided excellent customer service. I just made this my home gym after moving from the Cherry Hill area and he and the staff are all courteous and pleasant.
Alston was very professional.nMy 1st time visiting club and his hospitality was 5 star. Will definitely be back.
Young lady Corinn at the front desk was very friendly and very knowledgeable. Walked me step by step through my whole process and gave me no trouble at all. I love this gym and will continue to bring friends and family here.
