Forged Soul Fitness

I am a traveling physical therapist and I was so happy to find Forged Soul Fitness here in South Jersey! I love working out and during COVID with the gyms still being closed, I was really hoping to find a community and a safe way of working out-- Forged Soul provided both! They are very safe with their outdoor workouts, everyone was very nice, and most importantly the workouts were great! Highly recommend to everyone!

Caryn and Jason of Forged Soul Fitness are your biggest fans in your fitness journey. They push you to be your best self and root for you along the way. They are there to challenge and support you, no matter what your fitness level is. The classes are energetic and so fun! I feel so lucky to have found such a special place and am proud to be a member of the Forged Soul Fitness community.

This studio is great! Such a wide variety of classes for a really affordable price. I like to mix up what kinds of styles I do and so it's super convenient to have a place to go where I can do yoga or kickboxing or try zumba or belly dance or strength...The instructors are also so giving of their time and attention, and there's a great sense of community. You'll feel like family from the first class.

Nothing forced. Go at your own pace. Diverse classes. Coaches are so nice. I am so happy I have them so close to home. What I have been looking for.

I feel like I’ve hit the jackpot with Forged Soul Fitness. The classes are so much fun that you forget that you’re working out. I just love BellyFit, Zumba and yoga with Caryn. I highly (highly, highly) recommend Forged Soul. Nothing better than a fun workout!
