I had the very worst experience with themnYou can’t get anything right from the service departmentnI bought a new trailer, a leftover in December 2018 til today January 2020 I still have not received the replacement items needed to complete my purchase.nThey have had 3 service teams in the year I have been trying to finalize my purchase.nI still have not had the pleasure to use my camper it remains incomplete.nThey never complete anything nor do they give the customer what is needed to be satisfied.nI spent over $34,000.00 and have been making payments over a year and I haven’t been able to use it. Our Salesman Mike did us right! we were happy he was our salesman. BUT we've had issues with the service. One cushion was supposed to be replaced as the tabletop was shipped on top of it leaving a deep impression that remains today 2 months later. We've had the rug binding coming loose the doors to the storage compartments crooked the light for the range hood blew the second time I turned it on. I've sent multiple emails but only heard back once asking for more pictures. We got charged for running a new wire for the breaking system and asked for an adjustment as it wasn't needed. I am capable of making some of the repairs but why should I when I get no response from the dealer . I am a HVAC service manager and know what good service is and this ain't it!n11-10-2020nI've been in touch with Donna at Hitch who is making sure my issues are addressed thank you Donna
The sales department is top notch at Hitch RV and Ernie, my salesman was terrific. He was kind, quick and responsive but the service department is on another level. I have been a camper for years and the service managers at Hitch RV are the absolute best. They listened to my concerns, offered quick, affordable solutions and above all else, were compassionate. Buying a new camper during a global pandemic could have been a nightmare but not when buying from Hitch RV!
Such a great experience! Dan Hayden went above and beyond for us. Would highly recommend.
Bought a camper in Covid times. They were happy to sell it and we did all the financial paperwork. Then NO one help us go over anything with the camper even though they said they couldn't go inside. We had questions about the hook ups. We waited over a hour and a half for instructions for a 1st time camper buyer. Then they were to busy and had no time to help us. We asked for our financial paperwork to leave, they didn't have it. Then we asked for our gift card they promised and told us all would be mailed. It has been 3 weeks and we still have nothing. Be warned they only want your money, so ask all your questions 1st
