I used to love this shop. It was the best place to get reasonably priced, quick, quality hair care. Not so much now. The staff has changed, and so has the quality of service. Bad attitudes abound, and customer service is not a theme they practice. Went in to get my bangs trimmed and even though it was an hour before they were to close, was told that it was too late. Overheard the stylist in charge say she was tired of cutting hair today, and to tell any more customers no. My daughter went in and got a terrible cut. It was visibly uneven, and when they tried to fix it, it just got worse. Every time we go in, the wait is long even though there are stylist sitting around playing on the phone. I miss the old people and place. Now go to the one in Wegmans shopping center. Much better!
$20 bucks for a decent haircut. The man was very nice and kind and decent conversation during my cut but the women were all gossip and negativity also kind of rude. They definitely threw off the vibe
If you need a quick hair cut this would be the place to go. Don't expect too much. It's just a business and it works as a machine. haircut shampoo blow dry and your out of their chair asap so they can get another customer. Just a business. In a hurry then go their.
